Job Opportunity: AI Hub Coordinator
Part-Time (0.4 FTE), Fixed Term (12 Months, Potential for Extension)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented AI Hub Coordinator with experience in planning and managing large-scale events to join the operational team within the University of Oxford’s Department of Computer Science.
As the AI Hub Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of an exciting programme of in-person and virtual events, including workshops, seminars, meetings, and conferences. Your responsibilities will encompass pre-event planning, maintaining accurate documentation, managing processes, and overseeing event logistics on the day. Additionally, you will build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The role is part-time (0.4 FTE) and offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. We welcome applications for hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
