12-Month Limited-Term Employment Opportunity

The Aga Khan University (International) in the United Kingdom invites applicants for the role of Analyst, ICT on a 12-month contractual basis. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing and provisioning technical support for all End User Computing (EUC) assets, including but not limited to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Multimedia, and Networking infrastructure, as well as providing auxiliary services such as Videoconference assistance for the Institute. The role encompasses ongoing evaluation and enhancement of EUC services to elevate user satisfaction and deliver an outstanding user experience. Key duties also include the management of the EUC hardware and software inventory to ensure adherence to compliance, governance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, demonstrable relevant experience, and pronounced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
