About the role:
At the heart of ARU’s success is our Applications Management team. As an integral member of this team, you will contribute significantly to an exciting, new program aimed at transforming the student experience, offering crucial support to our fundamental Research & Academic Systems.
We seek a skilled Applications Analyst who adapts effortlessly, possesses solid technical acumen, and has experience managing extensive systems. Familiarity with Higher Education academic systems, such as Learning Management Systems, Library Systems, Multi-Media, or Systems Integrations, is highly favored.
Candidates should hold a degree coupled with relevant experience and evidence of ongoing professional development, or be in the process of acquiring a professional qualification pertinent to the position, accompanied by suitable experience and CPD. Proven knowledge in managing large academic systems is essential, alongside a history of delivering exemplary customer service to diverse stakeholders. You must be comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively to meet strict deadlines, maintain a high level of accuracy, and be dedicated to upholding and improving our standards of customer service.
