The Role
UCFB is seeking an experienced Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security Manager to lead the Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security function within the Transformation and Technology Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient delivery of services across the institution while guaranteeing regulatory compliance within the higher education sector. You will also take on the role of the institution’s designated Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and maintain corporate information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Oversee the design and integration of infrastructure components/systems to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
- Create, implement, manage, and review service support contracts to uphold the security of the institution’s entire infrastructure.
- Plan, install, maintain, and oversee the acceptance of new and updated infrastructure components and services.
- Specify and design complex hardware systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and manage formal Subject Access Requests and complaints in line with institutional policies.
- Support team development by providing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to enhance capabilities.
