The Role
We are looking for a passionate Archive Project Officer to join Gonville & Caius College on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates history, storytelling, and organization with a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll tackle the rewarding task of bringing centuries-old documents to light, knowing that your efforts may unveil records not seen for hundreds of years.

This role involves both physical activity and computer-based tasks; attention to detail and a commitment to the conservation and preservation of the College’s collections are vital. Flexibility with working hours is crucial. If you love solving the challenge of fitting a quart into a pint pot, consider applying and making an impact on the College’s 677-year history!

Contract Details: 1-year fixed-term (part-time, 15 hours per week, spread over 3 days).
Salary: £25,903 per annum (full-time equivalent, £10,361 pro-rated for part-time).
