The incumbent will prioritize process optimization, staff training and development, and the advancement of our systems to elevate both student and staff experiences. This role involves collaborating with various departments to advise on and harness the capabilities of the student records system (SITS) to support assessment and award processes.
**The Role**
You will oversee the daily operations of assessment processes, aiming for punctual completion, high data precision, and compliance with academic standards. As the Assessment Manager, you will constantly monitor and improve existing assessment procedures, create new processes, and coordinate with university stakeholders for effective implementation.
Leadership and team management remain crucial aspects, with a focus on delivering comprehensive training to faculty staff members.
