Key Responsibilities:

– Devise and enact a cohesive digital strategy in line with TEDI-London’s missions, vision, and values to champion innovation and collaboration across all educational and administrative facets.
– Work closely with the Associate Dean for Academic Engagement to afford our students unmatched technological advancements, fostering proactive learning and keeping pace with industrial trends.
– Lead diverse teams in scouting emerging tech and trends with the potential to revamp higher education, assessing their practicality and potential impact within TEDI-London.
– Cultivate an environment ripe for innovation and experimentation, inciting staff and students to delve into novel digital utilities, teaching methods, and approaches, championed by decisive leadership and demonstration of opportunities.
– Collaborate across TEDI-London’s operational areas to embed digital technologies fluidly within curriculum planning, execution, and evaluation.
– Supervise the sustained growth and maintenance of digital frameworks, platforms, and systems to support educational and administrative tasks.
– Advise and assist staff in harnessing digital resources efficiently, including accessible training and professional evolution avenues.
– Form strategic alliances with industry spearheads, tech suppliers, and fellow educational institutions to adopt supreme practices and remain in the know regarding industry movements.
– Gauge the impact of digital endeavors, utilizing feedback and data to foster ongoing enhancement.
– Guarantee adherence to pertinent data protection statutes and cybersecurity best practice protocols across all digital ventures and operations.
– Serve as TEDI-London’s ambassador at conferences and industry gatherings to exhibit our digital innovations and leadership in the realm of higher education.

Qualifications:
Essential

– Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline or extensive related experience.
– Outstanding communication capabilities to effectively lead teams, communicate objectives, uphold ethical business practices, embrace transformation, and promote development as part of our Senior Leadership team.
– Demonstrated digital leadership with a successful track record of developing and implementing digital innovation strategies in fluid environments.
– Direct involvement in starting, guiding, and growing digital innovation centers, demonstrating real results from conception to actualization.
– Proven history of cultivating relationships with technology providers, startups, and industry collaborators to accelerate innovation.
– Expert management of a digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic intentions and achievement of expected outcomes.
– Thorough understanding of up-and-coming digital trends, utilities, and technologies.
– Proficiency in agile, lean, and other modes of innovation that foster a quick-trial attitude.
– Extraordinary proficiency in rallying a varied stakeholder spectrum—from executive leadership to technology teams.
– The foresight to envision long-term digital strategies and design corresponding plans amidst shifting tech and organizational terrains.
– Adept at data-driven decision-making, with expertise in gauging the viability, impact, and return on investment of potential digital endeavors.
