Position Overview

Note the following holiday closure: The college will be shut for the festive season beginning December 20th. The selection process, including shortlisting and conducting interviews, is scheduled for January 2025.

Leeds Sixth Form College is seeking a dynamic Attendance and Data Coordinator to assist our learners in achieving their potential.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the dedicated pastoral team, your role is pivotal in enhancing student attendance by tackling challenges to learning. Your responsibilities include monitoring a designated group of students, utilizing data to identify those requiring additional support, and communicating with both parents and subject teachers regarding implemented support strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You should possess a NVQ level 2 or a similar qualification, including Level 2 literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A genuine commitment to assisting learners in achieving their highest expectations is essential.
  • You need to be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Organization skills are vital, as well as the ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team.
