About the Role
This exciting position sits within the Corporate Systems and Business Analysis teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting, developing, and maintaining the university’s corporate information systems, ensuring they meet both strategic and operational needs. This is your chance to shape crucial systems, including Research, HR, Finance, and Library systems, while collaborating with colleagues to enhance the staff and student experience.
About Your Team
The wider team of 15 IT professionals provides a range of services, including:
- Business analysis,
- Software development,
- Application support,
- Testing, and
- Systems management.
By working closely with professionals across the university, the team takes a collaborative approach to delivering outstanding IT systems.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:
- A track record of delivering systems in complex environments or organisations.
- Experience across the application lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, solution design, software testing, and agile methodologies.
- A willingness to embrace new systems and services while further developing your skills.
