The Team

The Business Solution Architecture team is at the heart of ensuring our technology, particularly the SITS platform, addresses complex business challenges within the Further Education sector. By combining strategic insight, functional expertise, and technical knowledge, the team designs impactful solutions tailored to diverse customer needs. As trusted experts, the team promotes best practices and supports institutions in unlocking the full potential of SITS with bespoke, future-ready solutions.

The Role

As a Business Solution Architect, you’ll be a key advisor and facilitator for both new and existing SITS customers. From guiding institutions through successful implementation to helping them achieve their strategic objectives, you’ll shape solution designs that support their long-term goals. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll advocate for best practices, innovation, and scalability, ensuring that SITS solutions are aligned with both current and future needs.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in shaping Tribal’s success and influence the evolution of our offerings. While the position is fully remote, travel to Tribal or customer sites will be required occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with SITS customers to identify challenges, define objectives, and explore opportunities for improving student lifecycle management with SITS.
  • Lead solution workstreams and delivery strands, offering expertise on governance, implementation strategies, and optimal platform configurations.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to ensure that institutions align with their strategic goals and Tribal’s roadmap.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-impact SITS solutions.
  • Recommend tailored implementation packages, including deployment sequencing and strategies aligned to institutional priorities.
  • Co-develop 2–3-year continuous improvement roadmaps with customers, earning their trust as a strategic advisor.
  • Act as the SITS Project Design Authority, ensuring designs align with both institutional objectives and best practices.
  • Work closely with Business Solutions Analysts to identify and deliver continuous improvements across the SITS environment.
  • Support institutions in implementing sector-aligned, efficient SITS processes that are sustainable and future-proof.

What You’ll Need

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SITS.
  • Experience working in the Higher Education sector.
  • Proven expertise in solution design.
  • Governance and assurance experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Certification in Business Analysis (preferred, but not mandatory).
