Remote Opportunity: Business Support Officer at HQIP
Join the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP), a pivotal organization overseeing clinical work programs for the NHS, and contribute to improving patient outcomes through a project-based position from the comfort of your home. Enhancing administrative and IT functions, liaise with key stakeholders, and effectively coordinate meetings and events as a Business Support Officer.
Key Duties:
– Administrative Support: Manage electronic records, correspondence, expense tracking, and coordinate logistics for gatherings.
– IT Services Management: Oversee IT resources, handle the provision of services, and conduct IT orientation for newcomers.
– Stakeholder Communication: Tend to queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate leadership.
– Event Planning: Execute the arrangement of various meetings and functions, ensuring the accurate generation of documentation and records.
– Team Integration: Partner with other support staff within HQIP to achieve unified administrative operations.
Essential Qualifications:
– Skillful in performing administrative duties and overseeing IT systems.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders.
– Proven experience in planning and organizing meetings and events.
– Adept at collaborating with other administrative team members.
