This newly established position focuses on supporting Dynamics users’ training and learning journeys throughout the university. Based within the Digital Training Service, the CRM Digital Trainer will collaborate closely with the CRM Centre of Expertise, a fresh initiative for 2024/25 designed to offer in-house support to CRM users university-wide.
As a crucial member of an effective, accessible, cost-efficient, and customer-oriented IT digital training service, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering CRM System training. Tasks include creating course material, developing e-learning modules, publishing online user guides, and training staff to maximize CRM usage.
This position is pivotal in unlocking Dynamics 365’s functionalities, enhancing the CRM experience for users, and improving communication with students. Success requires relevant professional expertise, particularly the ability to create and conduct training sessions for various audiences, along with experience in Dynamics 365. Being innovative, forward-thinking, calm under pressure, and meeting deadlines are essential attributes.
