The Role

As a Customer Advisory Consultant, your expertise in SITS will enable Higher Education (HE) institutions around the world to maximize the potential of their systems, allowing them to focus on student success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance on system administration and usage.
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving incidents.
  • Sharing best practices and insights.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure superior customer support.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers, guiding them from successful onboarding to innovative system feature adoption.
