As a senior member of the Tribal customer team, the Customer Success Consultant will work closely with our SITS customers to provide guidance on optimizing their SITS systems and adopting best practices. Your role will involve:

  • Building lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, supporting them throughout their journey with Tribal—from successful onboarding to system feature roadmaps.
  • Being a champion for customers, representing their interests within Tribal, and influencing our teams to deliver appropriate services and features.

While you will join an established and expert team ready to welcome and support you, your expertise from within a Higher Education institution will allow you to significantly influence our approach moving forward.

You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, building strong working relationships with colleagues from product development, professional services, customer success, and cloud teams.

The Person:
To provide exceptional support and guidance, you must have:

  • In-depth, practical knowledge of Tribal’s SITS system.
  • Confidence in communicating technical and systems information.
  • A passion for delivering great customer service and helping others maximize their use of technology.
  • A good understanding of student management processes and SITS in general, even if you are not an expert in all areas or deeply technical.
