About the Role
As a Data Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks, including data collection, recording, and analysis, while maintaining impeccable data accuracy. You will also provide support for general administrative processes within the Central Apprenticeships Team. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, delivering outstanding customer service, liaising with employers, and working across multiple data systems, all while ensuring compliance with GDPR, regulatory standards, and University policies.
This role involves engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, making relationship-building a crucial aspect of the job. You’ll be at the heart of supporting the University’s apprenticeship programs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
About You
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a combined role of administration and compliance. As a Data Assistant, you will:
- Create data reports to support compliance with Degree Apprenticeship processes.
- Analyse data to identify errors within digital systems and address incomplete compliance records by liaising with apprentices and faculty staff.
- Work closely with Degree Apprenticeship Assistants to prepare contracts while providing high-quality administrative support and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly and effectively to apprenticeship-related queries.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting colleagues during busy periods or absences.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will be key to succeeding in this role.
