This is an on-campus IT support role, covering both 1st and 2nd line support, that holds a vital position within the Information and Digital Services (IDS) department. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and technical guidance to the University’s staff, students, partners, and visitors.
As part of the End-User Computing team and reporting to the Campus IDS Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services. The position requires adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management. You will also serve as an advocate for best practices in IT service delivery and relationship building with a diverse and dynamic user base. A strong background in IT account management, troubleshooting, and diagnosing software and hardware issues is essential for success in this role.
