Job Overview:
Keele University invites applications for a driven individual well-versed in academic research and the advancement of research impact to become a part of the Partnership Development team in the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Engagement. The primary role involves fostering collaborations with external entities and amplifying the benefits of such partnerships. A special emphasis is placed on supporting faculty in the Humanities & Social Sciences to identify research beneficiaries and cultivate those connections. The role also includes tracking and documenting research impact activities, knowledge exchange efforts, evidence collection, and crafting compelling impact narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work directly with the Head of Partnership Development & Impact, the Faculty Dean for Research, and the Faculty’s Strategic Impact & Engagement Group.
– Facilitate impact-enhancing support for relevant researchers and projects.
– Oversee internal evaluations of impact endeavors and manage related funding allocations.

Candidate Requirements:
– Experience in academic research within the Higher Education sector is essential.
– Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement.
– Profound familiarity with research impact, knowledge exchange processes, and both qualitative and quantitative impact assessment methodologies.
