We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Digital Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Specialist to become a vital part of our Digital Delivery team. This position plays a crucial role in improving service delivery across the University by designing, developing, and refining ESM solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive organisational transformation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical skill set, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for fostering effective collaborations across both IT and non-technical teams. You should be skilled at multitasking, adept at resolving complex challenges, and dedicated to being an active and positive member of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and customise ESM workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Enable seamless integration between ESM platforms and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimise the performance, usability, and overall experience of the platform.
- Adhere to development best practices, including coding, security, and compliance standards.
- Support change and release management through testing, documentation, and safe deployment.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting to maintain system performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest ESM technologies and industry developments to foster continuous innovation.
