The Role

Are you enthusiastic about digital learning and dedicated to enhancing student success? The University of Roehampton is looking for a Digital Learning Development Librarian to join our Library & eLearning Services team.

This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on the design and implementation of innovative digital initiatives that empower our diverse student communities. The focus will be on transforming our Online Study Skills Hub and Library website into inclusive, interactive resources by leveraging advanced digital learning methodologies and pedagogical strategies.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with proven experience in developing impactful digital support initiatives that drive positive student outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative environments and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling content to support information and digital literacy.
  • Work closely with students, academic staff, and professional services to co-create academic skills resources.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure effective utilization of resources by students and staff.
  • Align digital learning tools with the University’s strategic goals to enhance student success.
