Digital Learning Manager
The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking a motivated and talented Digital Learning Manager to spearhead the next phase of our digital learning strategy. This exciting role involves leading a team of skilled learning designers, content developers, and LMS specialists to create compelling online courses and ensure top-tier user experiences.
As we redefine professional development for clinical radiologists and oncologists, you will play a vital role in supporting their growth and practice in innovative ways. Together, we will design and deliver high-quality, transformative learning solutions that address the challenges of modern clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and nurture a team of learning designers, content developers, and LMS coordinators to achieve excellence.
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of digital learning resources, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement learning design frameworks, templates, and quality assurance processes.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and innovation in digital education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our LMS platform and learner experience.
- Leverage data, analytics, and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning, reporting, and decision-making through clear dashboards and insightful papers.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading the end-to-end design and delivery of digital learning products.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of LMS/VLE platforms and digital learning accessibility standards.
- Expertise in implementing evidence-based and efficient learning design processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A collaborative, organised, and outcomes-focused approach to work.
