About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Sansoni Management’s digital marketing efforts. In this pivotal full-time role, you will focus on customer acquisition, conversion, re-engagement, and retention—driving meaningful growth while maximizing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Execution
- Lead and manage full-funnel digital marketing activities, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and SEO.
- Design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Strategic Alignment
- Translate overarching business objectives and commercial targets into actionable digital strategies aligned across the customer journey funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted, performance-driven campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and meet engagement goals.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Leverage customer data, segmentation techniques, and personalized messaging to amplify campaign performance.
- Use analytics and insights to experiment and improve campaign tactics, scaling up successful performance marketing efforts.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive ongoing optimization through A/B testing, performance analysis, and insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, continuously evolving strategies to include innovative approaches for sustainable engagement and growth.

Core Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of multi-channel strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable performance.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple ad accounts, ideally in a marketing agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience working with major platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Proficient in analyzing metrics and tracking KPIs across the marketing funnels—reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions—using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven customization, segmentation tools, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights and take actionable steps to optimize campaigns.
