Digital Service Operations Specialists
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as one of two Digital Service Operations Specialists. This role will involve providing support to our students, staff, and other users across a broad range of technologies, platforms, and services. The ideal candidate will have a primary skillset in one of our core disciplines, including Networks, Platforms & Systems, End User Computing, Unified Communications, and M365.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced, committed professionals who:
- Either have extensive expertise in one core discipline and are ready to build upon that foundation or possess broad experience across multiple IT disciplines and wish to develop deeper knowledge in specific areas.
- Bring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the capability to form productive, collaborative relationships with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enjoy solving complex IT problems and are eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, varied, and dynamic team environment.

- Reliably troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across teams and departments.
Flexible & Connected Working
We value flexibility in working practices and seek to support our staff with adaptable methods of working whenever possible. While attendance on campus will vary depending on the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders, there will typically be a balanced mix of on-campus and off-campus working. Work locations will be determined by the specific tasks being undertaken and the service requirements for any given day.
