Key Responsibilities:
- Create secure, scalable, and intuitive end user computing environments.
- Champion accessibility and user experience in solution design.
- Oversee the deployment and management of devices across a range of endpoints.
- Deliver cloud-based software platforms for flexible, remote, and secure access to university services.
- Implement robust security and compliance measures across all user devices and services.
- Collaborate across IT, academic, and business teams to align solutions with university goals.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise the performance of endpoint technologies.
