About the Role

As a Digital Solutions Designer, you will:

  • Configure and optimize applications to meet business needs.
  • Build efficient workflows and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with system super-users to ensure our digital solutions provide tangible, long-term value.
  • Support the university in maximizing the use of its systems, focusing on sustainable and maintainable improvements, rather than temporary fixes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and a solid understanding of cyber security principles.
  • The ability to translate complex business needs into effective digital solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
  • Practical expertise in workflows, system configuration, and sustainability best practices within digital environments.

This role represents a unique opportunity to craft innovative digital services that directly support our diverse community of staff and students, driving the university’s ongoing digital transformation.
