With the implementation of a new Student Records System and the adoption of cutting-edge AI-enabled tools, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to modernise processes and enhance the student experience.
As Director of Academic Registry, you will lead a dynamic team overseeing the entire student lifecycle, including enrolment, assessment, records management, timetabling, and academic governance. Your focus will be on ensuring the department delivers future-ready, efficient services built on sector-wide best practices.

About You:
To excel as Director of Academic Registry, you will demonstrate:
- A deep understanding of academic regulations, student lifecycle processes, and sector trends.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced digital literacy, including experience with student records systems and data compliance.
- Extensive experience leading operational services in a student-centred environment.
- A proven ability to contribute to strategic planning and transform a vision into actionable outcomes.
- Expertise in developing and implementing systems and processes to drive service improvements.
- A track record of successfully managing teams through change and service enhancement.
