Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge and background in program administration, a track record in managing key aspects of the student lifecycle, and dedication to delivering top-tier services to both potential and enrolled students and faculty. Proficiency in HEI systems (e.g., SITS, Moodle or equivalent virtual learning environments), alongside familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) used in teaching is expected. An understanding of academic regulations and the operational processes that support program delivery is also required.
