University College of Estate Management

Position: Full-Time (35 hrs/wk), Permanent
Location: Remote
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus benefits

Position Overview: We invite you to join our dynamic and expanding Student Information team. Your role will contribute to UCEM’s technical excellence through the planning, development, and testing of innovative systems and applications. You will focus on ensuring processes are seamless, automated, and efficient for all employees. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a wide range of Tribal applications and third-party software integrations. Familiarity with SITS processes is essential. This is an exceptional chance to enhance UCEM’s services as a leading online Higher Education provider and to actively engage in UCEM’s development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and developing content in e:Vision
  • Gaining and maintaining comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of UCEM’s SITS:Vision system and its interfaces with other information systems
  • Producing technical documentation to support all developments, collaborating with the Business and Test Analyst to ensure thorough testing and approval of all projects
  • Managing the testing and deployment of system upgrades or updates for e:Vision and SITS

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using the Tribal SITS:Vision Student Record System for managing student and applicant data
  • Expertise in e:Vision development utilizing the complete suite of available tools
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise system documentation
