Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Administrator for the Exams and Achievement Department at Tresham College. In this crucial role, the Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring the academic success of our students through the following duties:

  • Upholding the integrity and smooth operation of the examination process
  • Delivering comprehensive examination administrative support to both students and faculty at designated centre(s)
  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager to coordinate examinations at various regional venues
  • Promptly issuing results and certificates, as well as documenting achievements
  • Performing general office tasks as necessary
  • Conducting all aspects of this role consistent with the culture and values of TBCG

Candidate Profile:

  • Achievement of A-C grades in English and Maths at GCSE level, or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of five GCSEs with A-C grades
  • Proficiency in using computerized databases for data entry
  • Previous handling of sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality
  • Extensive administrative experience within an office setting
  • Demonstrated capability to manage small-scale projects independently
