Your Opportunity: Head of Data
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Data to join our IT leadership team. In this role, you’ll lead and shape the university’s data landscape, overseeing the management and growth of our data team. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining an extensive suite of data dashboards and reports—vital for both external data submissions (e.g., HESA statutory returns) and internal reporting needs across the university.
As we embark on a journey of transformational technological change, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical strategy and communicating its value to stakeholders. Your expertise will help build the foundation for Regent’s University’s ‘data platform of the future.’
To succeed, you’ll need proven experience leading a Data/BI team, coupled with expertise in managing data assets and a strong understanding of database systems. Your competence in data analysis tools and languages, as well as your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, will enable you to create dashboards that drive strategic insights and operational excellence.
