### Requirements

We are in search of a forward-thinking, outcomes-driven professional to steer and manage the Student Records, Data, and Systems teams or oversee a Planning department within a Higher Education setting. An ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of strategic operational planning, including enrollment processes and enhancing Student Records, Data, Systems, and Planning operations—along with experience in evolving student systems and advancing procedural enhancements. We expect a candidate with potent leadership capabilities, extensive project management prowess, and comprehensive insights into aspects such as OfS and HESA data returns, including Data Futures. The role also encompasses the supervision of compliance with UK Visas and Immigration regulations for student visas.

This role is a perfect match for an experienced, driven professional eager to advance their career within a dynamic and expanding Higher Education Provider.

The ability to engage effectively and harmoniously with both academic and professional service staff is paramount.

Should hybrid working arrangements be viable, they will be established with the newly appointed candidate prior to their starting date. Nonetheless, the primary and contractual workplace for all employees is the ICMP premises.
