The Role:
As Head of Student Records Management, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the operational management of student record data and processes. You will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, enabling institutional objectives while enhancing the overall student experience. This pivotal position contributes to the delivery of efficient student record systems and processes that align with regulatory requirements and support the University’s continued growth and success.
About You:
You are a seasoned higher education professional with substantial experience in student and academic administration, strategic leadership, and operational management. Holding a first degree or an equivalent professional qualification, you bring a solid foundation in data governance, regulatory compliance, policy development, and institutional operations.
Your expertise extends to the Further or Higher Education sectors, where you’ve held significant management-level positions and successfully developed policies, procedures, and regulations in alignment with institutional goals. With a proven track record in operational student record management and data quality—including proficiency in SITS or equivalent student record systems—you ensure seamless data governance and regulatory adherence.
Additionally, you are adept at managing large-scale operations, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall staff and student experience. Through the design and implementation of core business systems, you have consistently improved operational efficiencies and fostered institutional growth. With a strategic vision paired with hands-on expertise, you are well-positioned to contribute to advancing organisational excellence in the education sector.
