Job Position: Workforce Data Reporting Expert
Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled individual who will become the linchpin in managing and analyzing workforce data within the institution. The role involves generating key HR reports and spearheading initiatives aimed at refining how these services are delivered. To achieve success, you’ll engage in strategic collaboration with HR, IT, Planning, and other key university departments, focusing on fulfilling HR informational requirements and elevating the quality of the services offered by the Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary authority on Management Information, delivering impactful workforce data analysis and reporting.
– Develop and execute a comprehensive HR information strategy.
– Prepare and distribute HR reports to both internal and external parties, including statutory, EDI returns, and audit-related documents.
– Work closely with colleagues in HR, IT, and other sectors to define and meet the University’s HR informational demands.
– Take on the role of HR project leader, advocating for processes that enhance the Directorate’s service scope.
Candidate Profile:
– Demonstrable expertise in data reporting and analytics, preferably within a human resources environment.
– Proficiency in enhancing HR systems, with a preference for experience with Unit4 Business World.
– A strong commitment to customer service, paired with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
– Ability to critically review reports prior to dissemination, ensuring alignment with stakeholders’ needs.
– Analytical prowess coupled with excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex data to diverse groups.
HR Directorate Mission:

The incoming expert will join a seasoned team focused on delivering HR operations, strategy, and design to our workforce of over 3,000. Additional Information:
