About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable individual to join our IT Support team as an IT Support Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with a small team within LMS’s Computing Facility and collaborate with partners at Imperial College London and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Your primary focus will be on delivering IT infrastructure support and providing technical assistance to the LMS user community. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure across a variety of back-end technologies, as well as training staff on the safe and secure use of applications.
