About Us

Our CRM system, powered by Dynamics 365, manages seamless communication and customer service across the entire student lifecycle, from initial inquiry to alumni engagement. Since launching in 2020, nearly 30 teams across the institution have adopted this system.

The CRM Centre of Expertise (COE) is part of the Change and Transformation team within the External Relations Directorate. This setup brings together our International CRM and Conversion team, the COE Business Support Team, and the UK Recruitment CRM and Conversion team—driving collaboration and amplifying impact. Through close partnerships with IT Services, the Strategic Development and Delivery Directorate, and university-wide CRM users, we ensure the system is optimized to achieve recruitment and conversion goals efficiently.


About the Role

As the International CRM and Conversion Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team focused on creating, delivering, and enhancing targeted CRM nurture and conversion campaigns designed for prospective international students. Leveraging tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Customer Insights – Journeys, Infobip, GeckoEngage, and others, you’ll forge data-driven, customer-centric journeys that guide students from inquiry to enrollment.

Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with colleagues from International Recruitment, UK Recruitment, Marketing, the CRM Centre of Expertise, and IT Services to ensure campaigns are impactful, compliant, and business-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and utilize CRM marketing functions effectively.
  • Develop, deliver, evaluate, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and motivate a team in a process-driven environment while fostering talent development that aligns with the organization’s goals.
  • Capture and manage data using online forms and event software.

About You

We seek proactive, innovative team players excited to champion digital transformation and embrace new technologies within our agile, adaptable External Relations Directorate. Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing a CRM marketing function, preferably within Higher Education.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM tools and marketing automation systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international student journey.
  • Proven leadership abilities in process-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
