At Manchester Metropolitan University, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Hardware & Logistics team. IT & Digital is at the heart of achieving the University’s key objectives and enriching the experience we provide to both staff and students. Our commitment lies in delivering adaptable, efficient, and scalable solutions that evolve with the needs of our growing institution.

As part of the Hardware & Logistics team, you will be the face of IT & Digital at the University, playing a crucial role in delivering first-class support. Often, your interaction will be a new staff member’s first experience with our IT services, making your role vital in creating a positive and lasting impression. Additionally, the Hardware & Logistics team is responsible for implementing change projects across the University, including office relocations, IT lab installations, and upgrades to teaching facilities.

This dynamic role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on the teaching and learning experience for our staff and students. Please note: This is a 24-month fixed-term, fully on-site position and does not offer the flexibility of hybrid working.
