Position Overview:
In this role, you will participate in delivering the Labs Windows Desktop project and the innovative Digi-Labs project, focusing on a new multi-boot solution. Your responsibilities will include application packaging and the creation of custom MS Windows images. Experience with endpoint management tools like Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy is vital.

Your Team:
Become part of the End User Environment Team, which includes eight other dedicated professionals. This welcoming and diverse team specializes in providing expert support and development for various End User Services, including managed Windows and staff services, Mac services, MDM, software packaging, and licensing. Our team collaborates with one another and key university stakeholders to achieve its objectives.
