Position: IT Student Systems Manager
Salary: Starting from £52,462 per annum with potential progression to £60,842 per annum.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Student Systems Manager to lead the IT Student Systems Development team. In this role, you’ll oversee service ownership of vital student systems and be responsible for their development, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance. This includes analyzing, designing, and testing high-quality solutions to ensure systems are agile, reliable, and maintainable.
Critical responsibilities include:
- Managing the integration of student systems with external and internal platforms.
- Ensuring continuous system development to meet the needs of the University and to improve operational efficiency.
- Aligning systems with the University’s strategic direction and delivering efficient business processes.
Candidate Requirements

- Extensive experience in corporate student systems, including technical environment management, version monitoring, and system optimization.
- Strong foundation in ITIL-based service delivery.
- Educated to degree level or higher.
- Proven ability to deliver student system services.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
