IT Support Analyst Position at Richmond American University London
Richmond American University London is excited to announce an opening for the role of IT Support Analyst. This vital position will support the University’s IT infrastructure by:
- Acting as a key interface between the University community and IT services, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Proactively identifying solutions to technical challenges and offering guidance and assistance to students and staff in utilizing hardware and software applications.
- Supporting the setup, installation, and routine maintenance of hardware and software across various devices, including mobile technologies.
- Assisting in the management of user accounts to uphold secure and appropriate access protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The preferred candidate will hold a relevant IT-based qualification, undergraduate degree, or equivalent professional experience. Additionally, the individual should demonstrate:
- Strong technical and IT skills, coupled with a proactive willingness to expand their expertise.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a proven track record of delivering services that prioritize high levels of satisfaction.
This position also provides the opportunity to pursue a relevant professional qualification after completing a structured program of in-house and externally provided training.
