We are presently seeking an innovative, student-focused professional to take on the role of Learning Resources Centre (LRC) and Library Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving improvements to enhance the student experience, particularly in online learning.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven record of accomplishment in LRC/library or information services.
  • Demonstrate a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational delivery.
  • Hold at least an honours degree (a qualification in librarianship is highly desirable).
  • Bring significant experience in managing LRC/library operations and services.
  • Support and lead the LRC team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset.
  • Be digitally literate and adept at implementing change while using data for service improvements.
  • Possess strong communication skills and actively promote equity, inclusion, diversity, and access to ensure the library caters to a diverse student body.
  • Understand the critical role modern LRC/library services play in enhancing learning, teaching, and assessment.
