Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Membership & CRM Manager to drive the optimization and integration of digital platforms, CRM strategies, and data-driven marketing. Job Overview
The Membership & CRM Manager will take ownership of developing, optimizing, and integrating the organization’s digital platforms and CRM strategies, alongside leading data-driven marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing ORS’s online presence, improving user experiences, and aligning digital tools with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities – Design and Production
- Manage the CRM system, including segmentation, automation, and user support.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Provide reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and user behaviors.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve digital engagement objectives.
- Implement targeted digital strategies to drive membership growth.
- Maintain and create digital templates, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Support digital innovation and automation efforts.
- Enhance website functionality to improve usability and site performance.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and uphold data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities – Project Management
- Lead multiple digital projects from inception to completion.
- Actively gather stakeholder feedback and implement relevant improvements.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate delivery of all project outcomes.
Person Specification
Experience:
- Proven expertise in managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Successful leadership of cross-departmental digital and automation projects.
- Track record of planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in data segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of web development processes and tools for tracking user behavior.
Knowledge:
- Strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, SEO, and user experience (UX) principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR compliance and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with tools for social media and paid campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads.

Workplace Details:
