The Library & Cultural Services department is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Open Research Adviser to join our Open Research team. About the Role:

As an Open Research Adviser, you will be instrumental in advancing open access to the University’s research outputs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery and evaluation of open research training programs.
  • Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to assess the impact of our services.
  • Providing administrative support to the Open Research Manager.
  • Building strong collaborations with researchers, doctoral students, and colleagues across the University.

This role offers valuable prospects for professional growth and networking. You will leverage your expertise to:

  • Enhance our understanding of current trends and challenges within the open research community.
  • Ensure the institutional repository remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to our responsive enquiry service.
