Metanoia Institute is a renowned educational charity with decades of experience in delivering professional training for counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling psychologists, supervisors, coaches, and organisational development consultants. Since its inception in the early 1980s, Metanoia Institute has been at the forefront of offering humanistically-oriented professional training programmes across the UK.

The Institute is currently experiencing an exciting phase of transformation. We are refining our organisational strategy, progressing toward achieving degree-awarding powers, and embedding a refreshed set of core values across all aspects of our work.

About the Role:
This position offers diverse, high-quality operational support to the Head of Operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of Metanoia Institute’s activities. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations on a wide range of operational responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Estates and facilities management
  • IT systems and infrastructure support
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Inventory and resource oversight
  • Coordination of events and logistics

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving, taking initiative, and managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic academic environment. It offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by contributing to the efficient running of the Institute on multiple levels.
