Under the guidance of the Assistant Director for Employee Data and People Services, we have established a novel position that provides both strategic and tactical assistance to HRUC, aligning and fostering the college group’s strategic goals and core values. Cooperation with senior leadership is fundamental to this role, contributing significantly to the cultivation of a high-performing organizational culture. Key responsibilities encompass:

– Cultivating robust relationships with senior management, serving as a reliable counsellor on People issues.
– Offering proficient guidance on employment legislation and best practices to both management and staff throughout the colleges.
– Spearheading People-centric projects and initiatives that further HRUC’s strategic intentions, which include talent acquisition, employee engagement, and embracing diversity.
– Crafting and executing strategic workforce plans that accommodate both immediate and long-term needs of the college.
– Contributing expertise to change management procedures, particularly in the realms of organisational development and structural adjustments.

We are on a quest to find an inspired and inventive candidate exhibiting the following attributes:

– CIPD accreditation at Level 5 or analogous relevant experience.
– A wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing various employee relations issues.
– An ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels to implement initiatives in alignment with the organisation’s aspirations.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communicative abilities, with the knack for forging rapport swiftly.
– Proficient in negotiation, persuasion, and delivering commendable customer service.
– Stellar planning and organizational capabilities.
