Location: Central London, nestled within the iconic Royal Regent’s Park
Salary: £65,821–£79,518 per annum (based on skills and experience), inclusive of an 8.5% market force supplement
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

About the Role:
Regent’s University London is looking for a visionary and experienced Principal Architect to drive the design and execution of scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions across our enterprise systems. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a technical strategist, mentor, and cross-functional collaborator, ensuring architectural excellence while aligning systems with our strategic objectives.
As the University embarks on a significant transformation in curriculum design, teaching methodology, and overall student and staff experience, technology will play an integral role in this change. Guided by our Portfolio of Strategic Projects and Technology Roadmaps, your work will shape and influence business applications and enterprise architecture, focusing on strategic alignment, architectural standards, future scalability, and adopting a “cloud-first” approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful architectural solutions, establishing foundational baselines for enterprise systems.
- Support and influence the evolution of technology roadmaps and business applications across the University.
- Ensure architectures align with strategic goals, adhere to standards, and prioritize scalability and innovation.
