The University of Liverpool is seeking a skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join the Business Improvement team within IT Services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive process and continuous improvement initiatives both internally within IT Services and across other professional services and academic departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders at all levels to design, plan, deliver, and oversee process improvement projects from inception to implementation. Additionally, you will support departments in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, fostering operational excellence, and building process capability among staff.

Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
  • Proven experience leading process improvement reviews.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio for process mapping.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
