Position Details:

  • Role: Leave Replacement Teacher (Semester 2, 2025)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term position
  • Salary Range: $82,992 to $124,391 per annum, plus superannuation

Key Selection Criteria:

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), including a VIT-approved teaching qualification.
  • Alignment with and authentic promotion of Ballarat Grammar’s values.
  • Proven knowledge and experience teaching Product Design and Technology up to VCE level.
  • The ability to analyse and act on student data to improve individual learning outcomes.
  • Expertise in differentiation, feedback, and assessment strategies to enhance student learning.
  • A commitment to fostering critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
  • Willingness to actively engage in the School’s academic, pastoral care, and co-curricular programs.
