Position Details:
- Role: Leave Replacement Teacher (Semester 2, 2025)
- Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term position
- Salary Range: $82,992 to $124,391 per annum, plus superannuation

Key Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate:
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), including a VIT-approved teaching qualification.
- Alignment with and authentic promotion of Ballarat Grammar’s values.
- Proven knowledge and experience teaching Product Design and Technology up to VCE level.
- The ability to analyse and act on student data to improve individual learning outcomes.
- Expertise in differentiation, feedback, and assessment strategies to enhance student learning.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
- Willingness to actively engage in the School’s academic, pastoral care, and co-curricular programs.
