About You:

You are a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in developing technology products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. With a natural curiosity and exceptional communication skills, you bring a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail equip you to deliver impactful features and products while managing multiple priorities effectively to meet business objectives.

You possess a deep interest in AI, data, and reporting, and you’re passionate about harnessing the power of technology to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll collaborate across teams to define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the products and features you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the “why,” “what,” and “when” of products or features.
  • Conduct market research and develop insights into industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to identify value differentiators.
  • Establish and oversee product goals and metrics.
  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Conduct product discovery to deeply understand user pain points through direct customer interactions.
  • Drive product-market fit for new launches.
  • Create go-to-market strategies by working closely with stakeholders across the business.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into product strategies and actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to craft features that align with modern design principles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and clarity of purpose.
  • Make strategic decisions supported by insights from the Product Team.
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure a shared product vision.
  • Update product documentation and materials to reflect enhancements and new developments.
  • Support product demonstrations for potential customers.

Core Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of the product management lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to distill wide-ranging functional requirements into actionable roadmaps.
  • Skillful balancing of customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Expertise in developing and articulating clear technical requirements.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to effectively engage product stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and modern methodologies.
  • Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset aimed at addressing root causes.
  • Analytical proficiency with a focus on driving data-led decisions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
  • Experience with toolsets and software such as the Atlassian suite, Figma, Miro, and MS Office.
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or business-related disciplines.
