This role is fully remote, with occasional travel obligations as needed.
The Role: Senior Professional Services Consultant
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will oversee every phase of Tribal’s implementation lifecycle as well as post-implementation consultancy, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both new and existing clients. You’ll serve as the escalation point for technical inquiries, deliver training, and help customers unlock the full potential of their SITS platform. Additionally, you’ll work side-by-side with the development team to address technical challenges and act as a mentor for junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced consultancy techniques to deliver and adapt service offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide training sessions on the SITS platform tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate software demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer queries.
- Partner with the development team to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and raise bugs when necessary.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Skills Needed:
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of the SITS product.
- Direct experience working within Higher Education settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms would be a valuable asset.
