Position Details:
Research Information Coordinator

  • Contract: Fixed-term – 9 months
  • Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, flexible working and secondments considered)

The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is seeking applications for the role of Research Information Coordinator within its Research department. This dynamic position supports GSA staff and the postgraduate research community by managing and disseminating academic research outputs through the RADAR repository. The role also involves promoting open access (OA) and open research practices while maintaining data that supports research development, oversight, and assessment.

We are looking for candidates with experience in repositories, libraries, or archive settings who are eager to contribute to this varied and impactful role. If you already work in higher education, this is an excellent opportunity to undertake a secondment and gain hands-on experience with repository management in a small, specialized arts institution. Tasks will also include working on REF submission preparation as part of the GSA Research team.
