We are introducing an enticing opportunity for a Senior Audio-Visual Specialist to become a key player in our collaborative, multidisciplinary AV team. Your role will involve direct involvement with Audio-Visual systems and contributing to the creation of innovative spaces as we progress through digital transformations university-wide.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is someone diligent and adaptable, with a distinguished history in managing cutting-edge Audio-Visual services. If you are passionate about technology and keen to elevate and oversee our Audio-Visual capabilities, this role is for you. The essence of this position lies in providing expert technical support and consultation, encompassing comprehensive maintenance of UEL’s Audio-Visual resources, and facilitating intricate problem-solving and system troubleshooting.
Expectations include delivering exceptional service to the UEL community, combining daily operations, maintenance, and development prowess. Possessing a systematic mindset and a keen interest in the AV and IT domain, the role demands effective communication skills. Reporting to the AV Manager, you will actively partake in shaping new teaching environments across UEL, consistently seeking to resolve issues to enhance user satisfaction and meet service level agreements.
